My Anytime Story

In June of 2014 I found myself getting a divorce and exiting a 21 year marriage and a 24 relationship. I was at my highest weight and the worst shape of my life. In September I met a friend that started talking to me about nutrition and told me to join Anytime Fitness. For the first few months I felt like I was too fat to join a gym, so I began to walk every day with my neighbor. I walked 2 miles a day and lost 30 pounds. In December I joined Anytime and really began to find my new self. The journey of my weight loss has been amazing - as I have lost the weight I have found pieces of my old self. I go to the gym at least 6 days a week.

My Results

I go to the gym at least 6 days a week. I have really begun to love exercise. I mix it up with Bootcamp, personal training, cardio and strength training and I take a few of the weekly classes that are offered. Anytime has really become like a family to me. The atmosphere is amazing - it is like a non judgment zone....I have lost 104 pounds, 58.5 inches and my body fat went from 53% to 28.3%. One of the best things is I am no longer on blood pressure medication, or Pre-diabetic - I take absolutely no medication. All my blood work is amazing!
