My Anytime Story
I learned very early to comfort myself with food when life got stressful. My weight went up and down and ultimately ballooned to a dangerous 300+ pounds! My blood pressure was up. I was pre-diabetic and I was depressed. On the cusp of my 65th birthday, I became determined to make achieving my ideal body weight and getting really fit my goal. I joined a program that taught all components of a total lifestyle change. I learned to develop a nutritionally fit, physically fit and emotionally fit lifestyle. Anytime Fitness, with its varied classes, all hours access and dedicated personal trainers played a huge role in my success on this journey.
Just a little over a year later, I am 66 years old, I have met my goal weight, and am in the best shape of my life! The irony is that I am now a health care professional. I am living proof that it is not enough to know how to eat less and exercise more.
