My Anytime Story
After years of fighting the disease with a positive mental attitude and self-propelled exercise, I began to lose hope. I needed to use a cane for minimal activities. The dreaded wheelchair then took place of the cane. My feelings of helplessness were suffocating. I almost gave up. I heard about Anytime Fitness was referred to a trainer named Becca. I needed to be pushed by someone who understood my limitations, but would work beside me and allow hope to once again enter my life. Becca took the challenge and helped me accomplish feats I would have never believed possible.
I won't be running a marathon anytime soon. I'm not disillusioned about the long-term effects of such a debilitating disease. I simply have someone patiently and effectively encouraging and supporting me.
