My Anytime Story
I decided to join Anytime because it was close to my house and they had a good selection of classes and free weights. I was offered 2 free training sessions and was so impressed with Lawrence's knowledge that I decided to sign up for training sessions.
I began training with Lawrence, B and Mike and could not believe the improvements I was seeing right away. B helped me clean up my diet and sculpt my body while Mike and Lawrence helped improve my leg strength. After telling them that my goal is to run a 1/2 marathon in the Fall they began really working my hip flexors, hips & glutes which have unbelievably helped my running speed and stamina!! I was fairly thin so for me to lose over 3 inches in my bust, waist and hips was the best results I've ever seen in 3 months. My last session Lawrence trained my legs so hard that I had to take 3 naps that day!! The entire staff is so much fun!!
